A silken, lighter-than-air tropical rolled cake filled with whipped cream, tangy homemade acai, and berries compote, then masterfully decorated with more velvety whipped cream, and finally topped with fresh berries and rosemary leaves. A tempered balance between the coolness of summer fruits and the warmth of wintery herbs.

We recommend eating it by the log during summer and by the slice during winter. Or if you're feeling rebellious, switch it around!

Treat and eat it well (storage & serving)

This treat can be stored in the fridge for up to five days, and shouldn't be frozen.

It requires refrigeration and should be removed from the fridge at least two hours before serving.
